Varanasi is situated on the banks of the Ganges and is located 320 km south-east of Lucknow. It is regarded as a holy city by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and the oldest in India. The Kashi Naresh is the chief cultural patron of Varanasi while the culture of Varanasi is closely associated with the river Ganges and its religious importance. The city has been a cultural and religious centre in North India for thousand years. The Benares Gharana form of the Indian classical music was developed in Varanasi with many prominent Indian philosophers, poets, writers, and musicians.

Day 01, Varanasi:
Our travel Executive will help you in reaching the Airport or Railway Station in Varanasi. He will help you in the check-in procedure to the pre-booked hotel. On the way, he will give a brief about your Varanasi journey & will hand over the trip documents on reaching the hotel. In the evening, attend the grand Aarti (Hindu ritual) performed by several priests, reciting mantras along with the sound of bells, drums, & cymbals. Remain overnight at hotel.
Day 02, Sarnath:
Cruise across the Ganges during sunrise, while observing the Hindu life & rituals. Take a stroll in the
parochial lanes of pristine Varanasi. Visit the area around Kashi Vishwnath Temple [Only Hindus are
allowed to enter] also known as Golden Temple.
Later take a transact to Sarnath post breakfast & pay a visit to the Buddhist monuments & edifices
covering Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, Sarnath Museum, Dhamek Stupa & Chaukhandi Stupa. Remain
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03, BHU, City Tour:
Go for city tour post breakfast. Visit Benaras Hindu University [BHU], Bharat Kala Bhawan, New Kashi
Vishwanath temple, Durga temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Tulasi Manas Temple.
Then move towards the airport to board a flight for a journey back home.
